With that said, VIP 1:1 coaching is not for everyone, so I've created guidelines to help decide if coaching is for you.

Coaching is for you if:
You are deeply committed to creating a personal transformation
You have a vision for the life you want to live
You are willing to take responsibility and try on new ideas
You believe you have potential waiting to be unlocked
Your desire to change is greater than your desire to stay the same
You are happy to be challenged as you know it's the key to growth
You have tried therapy and now want to focus on moving forward

Coaching is not for you if:
You don't want to take responsibility for your life
You are looking for quick fixes (many patterns have existed for decades!)
You are not willing to try new ideas or techniques (it will be uncomfortable)
You want a coach to agree with you (I am here to challenge you)
You are unable to commit to bi-weekly calls
You are not serious about transformation and just want to talk
You have a serious mental health condition (please know you would be best served by a licensed medical practitioner)

How it works

I work with clients 1:1 on my signature program "Inner Mastery". This is a 10-session program delivered bi-weekly via Zoom and in-person (if in London). What makes my coaching unique is the blend of different modalities. Unlike most coaches, I utilise many tools including:
A neuroscience informed approach using touch and working memory to promote healing and resilience. Havening helps diminish the impact of stressful memories, preventing automatic survival responses and reshaping thought patterns.
Often referred to as the study of excellence, NLP techniques focus on the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioural patterns learned through experience, allowing you to completely transform your world.
A neuroscience-based methodology recognizing different 'brains' in the body, such as the head, heart, and gut. Our focus is on integrating their wisdom for coherent decision-making and well-being. If you ever feel out of alignment or unable to take action, this is the approach for you.
A method that uses symbols, metaphors, and storytelling to unlock deeper insights, allowing clients to project and then reflect on their inner realities. This is a fantastic way to get out of your head and explore the workings of your unconscious and how it may be directing you.
A coaching style that minimises the coach's assumptions and interpretations, using clean language to help clients explore their own thoughts and feelings in a pure form. Using this ensures you are not influenced by a coach and work within your own model of the world.
